The biggest reason I have for believing they are behind it is knowing that if it was legitemate, rockstar would already have someone *under* the jail by now. Given the actions theyve taken for even smaller legitemate leaks. Cyberleak is so prolific and they and the fbi and Scotland yard would be able to find them if rockstar actually wanted them found.

Plus if it was a real leak, he is running it on pc, not a dev ps5 or a native ps5. Hes just using the ps5 controller scheme or build, but its running on a pc. The ransom was never met and he never ended up releasing the playable pc build onto torrent sites or somewhere to download, plus if it was also legit I imagine there would be far more than what he has posted so far. Like random encounters, wildlife, random features. That also leads me to think that it's an inside marketing job.
